狀況: 在練習深蹲過程,會有站不穩的腳板翹起 解決辦法: 踮腳,然後前面兩個點站好 緩緩的往下踩 感覺腳底金三角都著地 預備姿勢 髖部微微往後,然後可以用手壓壓看小腹的肌肉,當前傾時肉是鬆的,往後之後會自然變緊,此時就是真正的預備位置。 不是翹屁股,或是屁股用力,單純的把髖往後推一點點 腳掌金三角踩好,如果動作腳掌飛起來表示用錯位置用力 肩膀放鬆,本身肩膀很強勢,要提醒注意知覺 胸往上微微提(不是吸氣那種) 手放在比肩膀低一點,蝴蝶袖+內衣側邊肉,感受到用力 推薦書籍
